What you will do

• Maintain reception and shared studio spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Manage office logistics, including mail, deliveries, visitor registration, and cleaning schedules.
• Provide administrative support to the Resourcing and Production teams, including scheduling and record keeping.
• Coordinate team events, studio activities, and internal communications.
• Track studio expenses and liaise with building management regarding safety and facilities.
• Support employee engagement and workplace wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney and able to work onsite full-time.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Professional, service-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset.
