What you will do

• Complete monthly and ad hoc billings for internal and external customers.
• Manage Service Support Dashboards and update machine databases within the record keeping system.
• Investigate billing enquiries and generate credit notes where applicable.
• Create, maintain, and monitor customer contracts to ensure correct pricing.
• Provide operational support to the Service department, including reporting, rostering, and technician support.
• Handle general administrative duties such as travel arrangements, meetings, and expense POs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in administration and customer service.
• Proven experience in process building and review.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• High-level oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis without the need for visa sponsorship.
