Location: Fully Remote (Ukraine)

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via email.
  • Identify technical issues and determine the best solutions based on provided details.
  • Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and maintain accurate support records.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Ukraine
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs).
  • Experience working with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • Previous experience in customer support or service roles.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or IT products.
