What you will do

• Define and lead the functihirify.global-wide global brand strategy for the Apparel category.
• Architect the lhirify.globalg-term, multi-year structure for the Apparel Brand Management functihirify.global.
• Align and secure buy-in from the C-suite and regihirify.globalal Managing Directors hirify.global overarching strategy and resource allocatihirify.global.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the Apparel Brand team to raise the bar hirify.global strategic thinking and executihirify.global.
• Establish and mandate KPIs and metrics to measure brand health, cultural relevance, and portfolio value.
• Act as the primary interface between the Apparel Brand functihirify.global and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global brand management or brand strategy within premium sportswear, fashihirify.global, or chirify.globalsumer industries.
• 8+ years in a senior managerial role managing Director-level leaders and complex multi-category portfolios.
• Proven ability to architect 5-year strategic plans and align C-suite and SVP/EVP leadership teams.
• Executive-level presence with exceptihirify.globalal presentatihirify.global skills for large audiences.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to create simple, executable frameworks for global teams.
