What you will do

• Monitor production tickets and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Provide 2nd line support (2LS) as part of the incident management process.
• Investigate and resolve production issues impacting platforms and services.
• Develop automated scripts to replace repetitive manual tasks.
• Communicate escalated issues to product and service managers.
• Extend and improve user documentation and the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, XSD, JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with Splunk, GCP, JIRA, and Postman.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Ability to synthesize and report data based on business needs.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
