What you will do
- Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, taking full accountability for lead quality and return.
- Develop HubSpot automation, including lead scoring models, lifecycle workflows, and nurture sequences.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to establish precise attribution and maintain weekly performance dashboards.
- Deploy retargeting and lookalike strategies to maximize budget efficiency and conversion rates.
- Partner with the Sales team to define MQL/SQL criteria and optimize the stage-by-stage conversion pipeline.
- Analyze and report monthly channel performance, CPA, and budget utilization with actionable insights.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing or demand generation within a SaaS or tech company.
- Proven track record of managing paid media budgets with measurable pipeline results.
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, email automation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical proficiency in attribution models, CPC/LTV calculations, and funnel analysis.
- Experience implementing ABM tools and strategies.
- English: C1+ required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Metabase for analytics.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing funnels.
- Experience targeting SME brands or mid-market e-commerce companies in Europe.
- Google Ads or HubSpot certifications.
