What you will do

  • Build relationships with customers to drive adoption and translate needs into insights for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Connect marketing objectives with the technical API-driven product and explain complex configuration steps.
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and developers to integrate the product and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Drive retention and growth through strategic business value delivery and managing upsell/renewal conversations.
  • Document customer information to build training resources and reduce support tickets.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles.
  • Passion for tech and experience with SaaS products and APIs.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders including Marketing, Developers, and Executives.
  • Ability to manage a book of 15-20 accounts.
  • Experience in the loyalty and promotion industry or relevant marketing background.
