Location: Hybrid (Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania). 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced.

Salary: €2,583 – €3,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Design automated workflows for surveys, including data processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Integrate research tools with other company systems using APIs.
• Develop quality assurance frameworks for research data integrity and fraud detection.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in research processes and tooling.
• Build and maintain a research knowledge base, including question banks and script templates.
• Collaborate with Data Science specialists to optimize user segmentation and extraction.

Requirements

• Experience in Quantitative Research, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Science.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with survey platforms such as Dynata, Qualtrics, or Alchemy.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Understanding of API integrations and quantitative research methodologies.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
