What you will do
- Own data quality standards and drive continuous process improvement across the CRM.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex data merges, account deduplication, and territory disputes.
- Review and validate work from junior associates to maintain 100% data accuracy.
- Execute bulk cleanup initiatives to solve large-scale data challenges systematically.
- Own and maintain CRM Rules of Engagement documentation for consistent application across teams.
- Collaborate with the Internal Systems & Data team to validate change requests and align workflows.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration or Sales/Revenue Operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a GTM business mindset.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
- Self-starter mentality with a focus on solving problems at scale.
