What you will do

• Define and scale authentication and authorization capabilities, including SAML, SCIM, 2FA, and RBAC 2.0.
• Build enterprise governance models and environment lifecycle management (Dev, Test, Prod) aligned with enterprise SDLC practices.
• Scale platform observability, audit trails, and log streaming integrations with SIEM tools like Splunk and Datadog.
• Expand developer APIs to enable programmatic management of workspaces, assets, and platform configurations.
• Lead the strategy for private cloud deployments (AWS) and expansion into new data centers for data residency and sovereignty.
• Partner with compliance and security teams to support certifications such as SOC2, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience focusing on platform, security, or infrastructure products.
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms used by large organizations.
• Deep familiarity with identity and access systems (SAML, SCIM, RBAC) and enterprise compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in observability, logging, and audit systems within distributed platforms.
• Ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into simple, scalable product experiences.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools, SOC workflows, and managing developer platforms or APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience taking products through FedRAMP certification.
