Salary: $276,000–$414,000 annually

What you will do

• Build next-generation ads formats and backend infrastructure to drive clicks and conversions for advertisers.
• Innovate and experiment with new ads product ideas, formats, and infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to evaluate trade-offs and deliver scalable services for the performance advertising suite.
• Define and advocate for best practices in scalability, availability, and cost management.
• Provide technical leadership and direction that influences the entire company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience (or equivalent with Master's/PhD).
• 2+ years of technical leadership or experience as a domain expert.
• Proven track record of architecting and developing large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience operating highly-available systems at significant scale.
• Strong skills in software design, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Ads domain expertise.
