What you will do
- Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline using calls, emails, social media, and industry events.
- Execute the complete sales cycle from lead generation to presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify prospect pain points and demonstrate how the platform adds tangible business value.
- Coordinate with the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine campaigns and convert leads into long-term clients.
Requirements
- Native level Norwegian
- Proven experience as a "hunter" in full-cycle B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to close mid- to enterprise-sized deals.
- Must be based in Oslo, Norway to support the hybrid work model.
