What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a Content Operations team from 5 to potentially 30+ members.
• Oversee the end-to-end digital content lifecycle, including upload and syndication via PIM/DAM systems.
• Monitor digital shelf compliance and competitiveness using analytics tools to enhance content scores.
• Develop and continuously refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content management.
• Collaborate with e-Commerce Key Account Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams across European markets.
• Manage multiple concurrent content projects, tracking team capacity and delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital content management.
• Proven experience in leading and developing professional teams.
• Hands-on experience with PIM and DAM systems, specifically Salsify.
• Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Proficiency with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
• Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid work model.

• Direct experience using Data Impact or similar digital shelf analytics tools.
• Experience within the Beauty industry.
• Knowledge of the European e-commerce landscape.
• Experience scaling teams and processes across multiple countries.
