What you will do

• Define and lead the US go-to-market strategy for carbon credit and book & claim offerings, including pricing and positioning.
• Build necessary infrastructure, data systems, verification processes, and registry partnerships to scale the offering.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to generate and manage a pipeline of enterprise customers.
• Own the end-to-end process of credit delivery, compliance, tracking, verification, and audit.
• Coordinate with EMEA counterparts to align and execute the global Book and Claim strategy.
• Evolve the product offering based on regulatory changes, market feedback, and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of carbon market exposure (voluntary/compliance markets, book & claim, or insetting), ideally in the freight sector.
• Strong capability to build programs from scratch and manage complex cross-functional workstreams.
• Ability to work independently with low oversight.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools as a core part of the workflow.
