What you will do
- Identify and pursue high-value enterprise opportunities to grow contracted revenue.
- Own and close complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Lead discovery, solution positioning, and commercial alignment for new partners.
- Oversee RFP processes and drive commercial negotiations to contract finalization.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
- Provide direction and coaching to Sales Executives to improve lead quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience leading RFP processes and commercial negotiations.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Experience within fintech, payments, or B2B technology is preferred.
