What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to account management, client communication, and business documentation.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world professional requirements.
• Draft realistic account management scenarios informed by direct professional experience.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak logic in AI-generated business content.
• Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives (e.g., account manager, client, executive).

Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience in account management.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Proven expertise in advising on and executing account management strategies.
• Ability to provide structured, critical feedback and work independently.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
