What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to transformation program management, change leadership, and process optimization.
• Evaluate AI responses for business accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world transformation requirements.
• Draft realistic transformation scenarios based on direct professional experience.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated business content.
• Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives, including program managers, executive sponsors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a transformation program manager in complex organizations.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Expertise in designing, managing, and delivering strategic transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and provide structured, critical feedback.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
