What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to operational excellence, business process improvement, and change management.
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world operational requirements.
• Draft realistic operational scenarios based on direct professional experience.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated operational content.
• Create scenario variations from different professional perspectives (e.g., consultant, client, team leader).

Requirements

• Senior-level operations expertise with significant professional experience.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Proven experience in advising on, developing, and executing process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and provide structured, critical feedback.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
