What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy for core game systems including player accounts, compliance, and social features.
• Shape the social layer of games, including referral systems, chat, and guilds, to foster community growth.
• Build relationships with leadership across game and partner teams to align business goals with technical execution.
• Manage complex prioritization to resolve conflicts between competing priorities and maintain team structure.
• Connect pod-level work to the broader platform strategy and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Track record of independently owning complex products end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing services such as accounts, identity, or social systems.
• Technical depth to engage with engineers on system design and tradeoffs.
• Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to build alignment across diverse teams.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Experience in or supporting game development, especially free-to-play mobile or scaled consumer apps.
