What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to employer branding, EVP, and candidate experience.
• Evaluate AI responses for brand alignment, clarity, and compliance with real-world expectations.
• Draft realistic employer branding scenarios based on professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives (strategist, recruiter, candidate, business leader).
• Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inconsistencies in AI-generated branding content.

Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience as an employer branding specialist or strategist.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Proven experience in advising on and executing employer branding strategies and campaigns.
• Ability to provide structured, critical feedback on content messaging.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
