What you will do

• Partner with sales to drive growth and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic accounts.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex opportunities and engineered-to-order (ETO) projects.
• Lead quotation activities and tendering for customized or non-released solutions.
• Analyze market, customer, and product dynamics to develop backlog growth strategies.
• Contribute to Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new offers and geographic zones.
• Manage SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning), forecasting, and demand planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Technical background with experience in chiller products or engineered solutions.
• Proven experience in tendering and commercial negotiations.
• Understanding of SIOP, forecasting, and operational planning processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Italy
