What you will do

• Provide technical support and training for IT Systems products to customers and Sales teams.
• Take technical leadership in complex Multi-Line-of-Business projects, coordinating across departments.
• Develop tailored proposals, quotes, and tenders through pre-sales technical guidance.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers to integrate technical solutions into the product portfolio.
• Create conceptual technical drawings using Visio or CAD to support project planning.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to contribute to new product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, telecommunication, or computer systems engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience with IT SYSTEMS products, particularly within Datacenter environments.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) and proficiency in the local language.
• Strong background in requirement engineering and technical drawing (Visio/CAD).
• Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in Thermal and Power systems within Data Center or equivalent environments.
• Proven experience in adjacent markets in similar technical roles.
