TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (LegalTech): Managing post-sale relationships and driving adoption of an AI-native legal workspace with an accent on customer outcomes and strategic alignment with legal leaders. Focus on designing the Customer Success playbook for scale and translating complex client feedback into product roadmap insights.

Location: Must be based in New York City (in-office 5 days per week)

Salary: $160K - $185K

What you will do

Own post-sale relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams, from onboarding through renewal.
Lead complex product rollouts in partnership with Legal Engineers to ensure long-term adoption.
Drive usage optimization through structured enablement programs and tailored success plans.
Act as a strategic advisor to legal leaders to align product value with client business goals.
Identify commercial opportunities for expansion and proactively mitigate churn risk.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into roadmap features.

Requirements

5+ years in management consulting, B2B SaaS customer-facing roles, or the Legal field.
Proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion.
Strong expertise in change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Must be based in New York City and available for in-office collaboration 5 days per week.
High EQ and commercial instinct for managing high-level conversations with legal executives.
Experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
