What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs regarding deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, and exit strategies.
• Evaluate AI content for business realism, financial logic, and relevance to genuine private equity challenges.
• Draft realistic scenarios and case studies informed by direct private equity experience.
• Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives, such as deal teams, portfolio CEOs, and limited partners.
• Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or impractical logic in AI-generated responses.

Requirements

• Must be based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Senior-level experience as a private equity consultant, investment professional, or corporate finance expert.
• Several years of hands-on experience in private equity transactions, portfolio operations, due diligence, valuation, or exit planning.
• Strong ability to spot weak logic, theoretical gaps, or unrealistic assumptions in financial reasoning.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
