What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 7 FP&A Analysts, focusing on upskilling and succession planning.
• Manage APAC cost activities, including month-end closing, forecasting, and annual budget processes.
• Optimize the Target Operating Model by redesigning workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for cost recognition and budgeting.
• Drive automation initiatives and champion the adoption of emerging technologies like GenAI.
• Collaborate with senior management and global stakeholders to resolve issues and report performance.

Requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• At least 7 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within a large global organization.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to provide sound judgment.
• Experience with cost accounting, forecasting, and financial consolidation systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a multi-national environment.
