What you will do

• Manage and maintain the product costing system using standard costing methodology.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate manufacturing cost variances.
• Monitor inventory valuation and ensure effective inventory controls.
• Prepare capital investment appraisals including Payback Period and NPV analysis.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to improve cost efficiency.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to costing.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, MICPA or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor's Degree from a university recognized by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
• 1–2 years of experience in a mid-sized manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP (FI/CO) experience as an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
