What you will do

• Perform full audit cycle activities, including risk management and control assessment.
• Develop annual audit plans consistent with the Internal Audit Charter and organizational objectives.
• Analyze accounting documentation and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk aversion.
• Prepare and present objective audit reports to management and the audit committee.
• Facilitate the audit process by resolving issues and providing guidance to staff.
• Evaluate auditor performance and provide on-the-job training and counseling.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an Internal Audit Manager.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large amounts of data.
• Sound independent judgment and high attention to detail.
