What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
• Assist in the execution of annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
• Partner with business units to identify and understand key performance drivers.
• Support the preparation of financial presentations for senior leadership.
• Lead process improvements and participate in cross-functional business transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally within a multinational corporation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Adaptive, Hyperion, or Anaplan.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple geographies.
