What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on corporate finance topics such as capital structuring, financial modeling, M&A, fundraising, valuation, and risk management.
• Evaluate AI content for business realism, sound financial logic, and relevance to genuine corporate finance challenges.
• Draft realistic scenarios and case studies reflecting direct experience with corporate finance decision-making.
• Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives, including CFOs, board members, and investors.
• Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or impracticality in AI-generated responses.

Requirements

• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Senior-level experience as a corporate finance advisor, investment banker, or corporate development professional.
• Several years of hands-on experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, M&A, fundraising, or capital markets.
• Strong ability to spot weak logic, theoretical gaps, or unrealistic assumptions in financial reasoning.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
