Salary: EUR 2,400 – 4,300 per month (gross)

What you will do

• Convert manual operational processes into fully automated workflows.
• Design and implement AI-driven predictive capabilities for costs and knowledge-base querying.
• Develop chatbot-style task automation to reduce repetitive work for operations teams.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using advanced design patterns including reasoning, planning, and memory management.
• Deploy and scale ML models in high-volume production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, or relevant fields.
• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer, Team Lead, or Architect.
• Expertise in LLMs and building AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Java.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong skills in Python application architecture for production (FastAPI, Gunicorn, microservices).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically BICEP in Azure environments.
