What you will do

• Manage the full cradle-to-grave sales and operations cycle, from lead generation to execution.
• Build, grow, and maintain an active, revenue-generating book of business.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to foster long-term relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end execution, including negotiations, coordination, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance to optimize revenue and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cradle-to-grave role managing both sales and execution.
• An active and transferable book of business.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-based environment.
• Internet: Primary connection (min 15 Mbps) and a backup connection (min 10 Mbps) functional during power outages.
• Hardware: Desktop/Laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), i3 (10th gen+), or AMD Ryzen 5; minimum 8 GB RAM; webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
