What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales back-office process alignment with strategic initiatives and the S4Future program.
- Analyze process data to drive global harmonization and ensure alignment with S4Hana capabilities and best practices.
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and GForce related improvements to streamline processes and improve data quality.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training programs for key users and stakeholders.
- Support change management initiatives and provide comprehensive process documentation and guidance.
- Define, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, process management, or ERP transformation programs.
- SAP experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end business process mapping and optimization.
- Experience coordinating UAT, training, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
