Salary: Minimum EUR 3,954 gross per month (competitive market-based compensation offered).

What you will do

• Act as the single source of truth for customer portfolio metrics and orchestrate RDC-wide business analytics.
• Bridge siloed data sets across Finance, Portfolio, CX, and Sales to inform strategic business decisions.
• Lead key strategic initiatives including executive dashboard creation and transversal data governance.
• Collaborate with R&D and IT to define business requirements and support the development of analytic solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members on business analytics methods, tools, and frameworks.
• Provide business analytic expertise to solution development teams and participate in Agile Release Train ceremonies.

Requirements

• Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit.
• Must be based in Vienna, Austria.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in Diagnostics or MedTech.
• Expertise in data science, analytics, statistical methods, and BI platforms (Looker preferred).
• Strong quantitative skills with experience in dashboard design and data visualization.
• Business fluent in English; German language skills are preferred.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Looker.
• Knowledge of ethics, compliance, data privacy, and security regulations.
• Proficiency in additional languages, especially Spanish.
