What you will do

• Manage renewals and mid-term adjustments for a varied portfolio of Professional, Management Risk, and Charity policies.
• Provide responsive, high-quality underwriting services to brokers via Acturis, email, and phone.
• Prioritize renewal activities to meet deadlines and ensure business retention.
• Proactively identify and execute upsell opportunities while monitoring broker activity.
• Collaborate with internal Technical teams in Leeds and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous insurance experience with sound underwriting or technical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with brokers and colleagues.
• High numerical ability and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Acturis is a plus.
• Willingness to study for or currently pursuing CII qualifications.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Leeds, UK.
