What you will do

• Underwrite a wide range of Credit and Political Risk submissions and help shape the new book.
• Manage and develop relationships with senior brokers and clients.
• Represent the company at client and broker meetings.
• Collaborate with pricing actuaries, operational support, and exposure management teams to achieve shared goals.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks including compiling reinsurance information and supporting QBRs.

Requirements

• Proven track record and strong reputation in either underwriting or broking.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to take ownership of client relationships.
• Decisiveness and good judgment in decision-making and accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across all levels.
• Willingness to travel internationally and attend business social events.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office 3-4 days a week.
