What you will do
- Lead and mentor a sales team, establishing objectives and implementing training programs.
- Pitch and close deals with prospective SME clients through phone and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage onboarding for new customers to ensure successful first trades.
- Provide accurate sales volume forecasting and execute regional sales strategies.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Ensure strict adherence to company-wide sales methodologies and administrative processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales management within FX or cross-border financial services.
- Experience in financial services, preferably with an existing professional network.
- Complete fluency in English and French.
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop sales talent.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships at senior levels within SMEs.
- Must be based in Montreal (Office based).
