Lead SAP Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist (SAP S/4HANA): Supporting and optimizing procurement and supply chain systems within a renewable energy portfolio with an accent on S/4HANA configuration, Ariba integration, and process optimization. Location: Hybrid (Scottsdale, AZ). Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
Salary: $135,000 – $170,000

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Ariba, and related modules.
- Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live for Ariba modules.
- Conduct workshops with procurement and business stakeholders to identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams, providing technical and functional oversight.
- Maintain and validate master data, including vendor and material records.
- Facilitate integration error resolution for Ariba and VIM to ensure data consistency.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA (Procurement, MRP, Inventory Management).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Valid US work authorization is required; the company will not sponsor non-immigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer-facing problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- SAP S/4HANA and Ariba certifications.
- Familiarity with SAP VIM and Fiori applications.
- Expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP).
- Industry experience in Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, or Aerospace & Defense.
