What you will do

• Lead the technical design and architecture of AI-powered relationship intelligence and scoring systems.
• Develop autonomous conversational AI for long-term lead nurture via SMS and phone.
• Design a unified contact graph and integrations hub for bidirectional sync and deduplication.
• Build an AI-driven workflow automation layer including Smart Actions and Deals Pipelines.
• Shape platform architecture and raise engineering standards for an AI-augmented team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or staff-level roles.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience with scalable microservice architectures in AWS.
• Proficiency with GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS), and distributed databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temporal.
• Expertise in multi-tenant platform architectures.
