What you will do

• Architect and develop new features aligned with technical standards and product goals.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Build and enhance backend services with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Evaluate and integrate tools and frameworks to improve developer productivity.
• Mentor other developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Promote coding standards and best practices for maintainable and reusable code.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and REST APIs.
• Front-end experience with React.js or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of SQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lehi, US.

Nice to have

• Experience with state management (Redux) and validation (Zod).
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, and RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to Snowflake and system optimization.
• Experience with AI-aware development environments.
