TL;DR

Staff Data Product Manager (AI/Proptech): Leading the unification of real estate listing data and the development of a new category of data products with an accent on AI-powered search and market intelligence. Focus on merging divergent data schemas, designing AI-first product experiences, and scaling the data platform to drive agent success.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $200,000 - $235,000 a year

What you will do

Lead the convergence of agent-managed listing content and MLS-sourced data into a single, central architecture.
Own the Listing Suite product vision, creating a unified experience for agents to manage all listings.
Define and ship AI-powered search based on natural language and lifestyle-based discovery.
Deliver a prioritized data product roadmap including CMAs, market intelligence, and predictive seller leads.
Ship at least 3 net-new data products to market within the first 12 months.
Partner with data engineering on schema design, migration strategy, and enrichment pipelines.

Requirements

7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on data products or data-intensive applications.
Deep, hands-on experience with MLS data and IDX/RETS/RESO standards.
Proven track record of shipping data products from zero to one with measurable business impact.
AI-native mindset: expert use of LLMs and AI tools to accelerate research, specs, and delivery.
Strong understanding of data architecture and modeling to partner effectively with engineers.
Must be based in the United States.
