Location: Hybrid (San Francisco) - Collaborate in person in the Bay Area weekly

Salary: $160k – $215k + Equity

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Pulumi.
• Improve system reliability through monitoring, alerting, logging, and failover strategies.
• Collaborate with backend and ML teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure robust infrastructure security and compliance practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE roles at a fast-paced tech company or startup.
• Expert-level proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Expertise with AWS/GCP, distributed systems, and secrets management (Vault, SSM).
• Strong understanding of observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Datadog.
• Must be based in the Bay Area for weekly in-person collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI or ML workloads in production.
• Experience with ephemeral environments and preview deployments.
• Contributions to internal platform tools or DevOps open-source projects.
