TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Designing and operating highly available distributed production systems at scale with an accent on quality, robustness, and reliability. Focus on building infrastructure for AI workloads, including GPU inference, and modernizing platform architectures.
Location: Hybrid work model. Offices in New York, London, Singapore, and Tel Aviv.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end initiatives from design through production rollout, owning the final outcome.
- Design, build, and operate distributed systems at scale on AWS and GCP.
- Manage the platform stack including Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and data layers such as Mongo, MySQL, and Kafka.
- Build and operate infrastructure specifically for AI workloads, including GPU inference.
- Drive system reliability, monitoring, and observability across application and infrastructure layers.
- Collaborate with Architects, AI/ML Researchers, and Product teams to translate needs into resilient systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles operating high-scale production systems.
- Deep expertise with AWS (EKS, ECS, S3, Lambda, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes internals, Helm, and Docker.
- Solid knowledge of Linux internals, TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- High proficiency with modern AI coding tools to drive productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating or migrating systems between different stacks or organizations.
- Proven track record of driving cross-team technical initiatives.
- Experience working with GPUs for inference and serving AI/ML workloads.
