Salary: $168,000 - $205,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and continuously improve secured, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement security best practices and tooling for CI/CD, monitoring, and developer experience.
• Automate and streamline operations to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, Security, and Product teams globally to ensure seamless DevOps integration.
• Shape the company's cloud strategy with a strong emphasis on security and long-term innovation.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Proven track record of operating scalable AWS environments and Kubernetes in production.
• Deep understanding of IaC and GitOps (Terraform, Crossplane, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or CircleCI).
• Must be based in NYC; in-person interview required.

Nice to have

• Security-related certifications such as CKA, CISSP, CEH, or Security+.
• Experience working within a Java-based environment.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Experience collaborating with hybrid or global teams across multiple time zones.
