Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and core services like ECS, RDS, and S3.
• Operate and scale production Kubernetes clusters with Helm and GitOps workflows via Argo CD.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure for AI/ML services and LLMs, ensuring performance and cost efficiency.
• Manage cloud networking, security, and identity management to maintain HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance.
• Implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch to ensure platform reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Helm.
• Solid understanding of Linux administration, networking, and cloud security principles.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing highly available production infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU infrastructure and AI/ML model deployment.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, autoscaling, and cost optimization in AWS.
• Experience supporting high-traffic, mission-critical production systems.
