What you will do

• Configure, monitor, and maintain automated reconciliation flows using Simetrik
• Analyze and resolve transaction exceptions and discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
• Maintain a single source of truth for internal and external audits, such as SOC and Basel compliance
• Monitor acquirer fees to detect revenue leakage and prevent financial losses
• Generate reports and dashboards for cash flow visibility by payment method and currency
• Collaborate with Finance, Payments, and Risk teams to optimize end-to-end payment operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Payment Operations, Reconciliations, or Fintech Operations
• Hands-on experience with Simetrik, including reconciliation rules, matching keys, and mappings
• Advanced Excel skills for complex formulas and data analysis
• Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem: acquiring, card networks, and settlement processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reconciliation flows simultaneously

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL or experience working with large datasets and Big Data tools
• Experience working in regulated financial environments
• Previous exposure to audit processes or compliance frameworks
• Experience collaborating with international or cross-functional teams
