What you will do

• Oversee daily transaction reconciliation and ensure accurate settlement data.
• Prepare settlement statements, adjustments, corrections, and financial reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate variance resolution with internal teams.
• Collect, reconcile, and analyze financial and transactional data using reporting tools.
• Collaborate with payment processors, banks, and crypto exchanges on settlement operations.
• Support forecasting and improve internal procedures and financial controls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in settlement operations, reconciliation, finance operations, fintech, payments, banking, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation, settlement flows, refunds, and adjustments.
• Experience working with payment processors, banks, and/or crypto exchanges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets; English and Russian required.
