Client Support Representative (Proptech): Providing guidance, education, and technical solutions to top real estate professionals to maintain their online presence with an accent on empathy, quick-thinking, and web development basics. Focus on resolving client queries via live chat, phone, and email, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Location: Hybrid in Scottsdale/Kierland, AZ. Must be willing to work 6 am - 6 pm PT. Initial 3-4 weeks are full-time in-office.
Salary: $21.63 - $24 per hour plus 20% performance bonus.

What you will do
- Provide real-time assistance to clients via live chat, phone, and email.
- Triage and report technical issues to the product team.
- Identify and uncover upsell opportunities through active listening and needs-based discovery.
- Manage case workloads to ensure prompt follow-up and continuous customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests effectively.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in customer service.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Scottsdale/Kierland, AZ.
- Proficiency in customer management platforms like Salesforce.
- Ability to communicate complex technology to users of all skill levels.
- Strong empathy and a resourceful, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
