What you will do

• Perform routine CRM data hygiene tasks, including account deduplication, record merges, and data validation.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, incomplete records, and potential territory conflicts.
• Support the documentation and upkeep of CRM Rules of Engagement to keep processes clear.
• Execute bulk data cleanup projects following established guidelines for accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to action change requests across systems.
• Onboard and guide new team members on CRM data standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a CRM-related role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
