Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, or GRC.
• Proficiency in platform configuration and advanced reporting.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Fluent German language skills (written and verbal).
• Must be located in Germany, France, or Switzerland.
