What you will do
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues directly with customers.
- Educate users on product best practices to maximize platform value.
- Conduct Zoom calls to resolve issues and improve product adoption.
- Collaborate with developers to identify defects and suggest product improvements.
- Test new features and develop tools to scale deployment and auto-support infrastructure.
- Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
- Business fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience with modern ticketing and customer support systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex technical issues.
- Must be based in San Francisco or Boston, MA (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, VS Code, or Cursor.
- Understanding of observability, RCA, and debugging tools.
- Knowledge of customer success and sales motions (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
